I preordered the game, but haven't received my Savini designed Jason DLC?

All DLC items, including the Savini Designed Jason, are not included with a simple preorder of the game. The Savini skin was an individually marked item that needed to be selected an paid for during the preorder checkout process.

The Savini skin was a backer exclusive item, and no further codes can be sold or distributed if you missed the opportunity to select it in your original pledge/preorder.

I haven't received my codes — what's the deal?

If you’ve backed or preordered the game, all your codes have already been distributed to the email your order or pledge is under.

If you’ve placed multiple orders, you’ll need to toggle between them to find all your codes. You should see a yellow bar in your confirmation page that says “You have multiple surveys for this project” — click on that to find the rest of your codes.

I see the digital soundtrack listed as a reward on the graphic, but not on the right-hand reward column, what’s up with that?

To give you guys a straight answer; if you pledge $15 or more, you will get the soundtrack in a digital form (save for the $25, $30, $50, $55, $75, $100 and $110 tiers). These tiers are fun to list everything out, so mistakes can happen, but follow the graphic list and the Reward Tier Breakdown checklist, as it represents the most accurate reward breakdown! What are the Recommended PC Specs for the game?

The honest answer is we don’t know what they’ll be at the moment. Games can be very complex, and the full specs cannot be known this far out from release. 3-6 months before release we’ll post our educated guesses on the specs, and a month or two from launch we’ll update them to be more accurate and include both Recommended and Minimum Specs for each platform. Will the Concept Art and Pre-Alpha Screenshots match the final game?

Concept Art pieces are done in game development to help keep everyone on the same page and guide the direction the game’s art goes in. A piece of concept art can be revised many times before the team settles on a final look for any one character or aspect of the game. Concept helps sell ideas and convey them internally, but also to the fans. Trust that we’ll always be refining/improving the art in the game and it can shift somewhat from what we’re showing off this early. Our Pre-Alpha screenshots mark where the fidelity of our models and lighting are at this current moment in the production cycle. Everything you’re seeing will improve and can change over time. BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
